•What forms of payment do you accept?

•How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the same day. In most cases, your package will arrive the next business day. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 2 business days from the time your order is placed.

•How can I track the status of my shipment?

  1. E-mail with tracking code automatically after shipment
  2. SMS from InPost with a code for the parcel locker (when the parcel arrives)
  3. Tracking available on the InPost website or in the InPost Mobile application

•How can I return a product and get a refund?

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it. If you have an account, please use the form in your profile; if not, please send a request to zwroty@detailbros.pl . The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
